Pick up the phone, or fill in the form.

Whichever you'd rather — David takes both himself. Most enquiries get a reply the same day, and if it's the sort of pond that wants a proper look, we'll be in the diary for a free site survey within a fortnight. No call centres, no sub-contracted sales team.

Where we work

A forty-mile circle,
drawn around Bungay.

We're a small, hands-on practice — so we keep our patch tight. Most projects fall inside Suffolk, south Norfolk and parts of north Essex, with the odd longer trip for restorations of unusual ponds. If you're a little outside the line, ring anyway — we say yes more often than no.

Before you call

A few things people
usually ask first.

Honest answers to the questions that come up most. If yours isn't here, ring it through anyway — half our best conversations start with "this might be a daft question, but…".

— 01 Is the site survey really free?
Yes — for any project within our coverage area, the first visit is on us. We come out, walk the garden, look at access, light and ground levels, and give you an honest read on options and rough cost on the spot. There's no obligation, no pressure, and no follow-up calls a fortnight later.
— 02 How quickly can you come out?
Usually within a fortnight for surveys, and within 48 hours for leak repairs or fish-health emergencies. In high season (April to August) the build diary tends to run 4–6 weeks behind enquiry — restorations and small jobs are quicker.
— 03 What if I'm a few miles outside the radius?
Ring anyway. We make plenty of exceptions — particularly for restorations of unusual ponds and for existing clients who've moved. The forty-mile line is a guideline, not a fence.
— 04 Can I just get some advice, without a quote?
Absolutely — and we'd rather you did, if you're not sure. A ten-minute phone call has saved plenty of people the cost of the wrong filter, pump or fish. Send a couple of photos to David's email if you can; that's usually all we need.
— 05 Do you charge for travel within the radius?
No, not within the coverage area. Travel is included in the quote on build, restoration and maintenance work. For one-off advisory visits outside the radius we'll sometimes charge a small mileage allowance — but we'll always tell you up front.
— 06 Is everything you do guaranteed?
Every build comes with a written ten-year liner guarantee and a two-year guarantee on workmanship. Oase equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, which we register on your behalf. Maintenance is reviewed every season — if something we did isn't right, we put it right.
In summary

A pond is a long conversation. Best to start it.

Ring David, drop an email, or send the form. Whichever feels easier — they all land in the same inbox, and they all get answered by the person who'd build the thing.
